A hotel in the dumps. Review on Hotel Sri Lakshmi, Coimbatore

I was a regular customer of this hotel, who has witnessed the fall of this once in great demand hotel. I remember telling so many other hotel people about the quality & cleanliness of this place.Alas everything has to end.The last time I went there it was the dumps.The room service was the worst with insolent attenders(though it was not so great from the beginning).

The maintainence was really pathetic. The only advantage or plus point now is the location.Set in the main commercial area.i think it would be better for the management to make this place into a shopping mall, as already a part of the hotel is. The recetion people have also turned into robots with noproper answers or quick replies. Imagine taking 1/2 hr to prepare the bill even after having informed thm that I was vacating the room in another hour and I had a train to catch. Pathetic. So this is how all the big edifices come crumbling down.
