Overall experience in the hotel was good. The hotel is located in a convenient location and was easy to find the hotel, it's walkable distance from bus stand and railway station. Surroundings of the hotel was good. Staff service in the hotel was friendly, helpful and quick in service.
Reception was excellent in the hotel. There was no delay while check-in and check-out. There were no activities in the hotel. The appearance of the hotel was good. It was a 3 star hotel and I was happy with the room provided. The rooms were spacious and well maintained with amenities like AC, TV and a geyser in working condition. I did not observe room view. 24 hours hot water facility was available. Taste of food was good and I had breakfast in the hotel; pricing of food was expensive. Rajahmundry as a tourist destination was good. It was value for money paid and recommendable to other travellers.
