Old honda shine is good; not new CB shine

I have purchased honda shine in Feb 2011,

I have the problem of gear shifting from 3-4.

Less mileage of about 43 Kmpl

vibrations above 40kmph & unbearable above 55kmph.

From overall reviews, what I understood was new honda CB shine is not as good as old ones.

New CB shine is BSIV(emission norms) compilant while the old shine was not.

I recommend not to buy this bike.
