I had been a regular client of Godrej Hicare (pest control) since last 6 years. After I shifted my residence to Gachibowli, I contacted them to take up the pest control for my new apartment. I paid up Rs 3270 for the annual contract for 1 year and was informed that it is ISS Hicare now. It is over 6 months now that there is no service since I paid up. They had given the bill to my father in law in my absence.
When my father in law pointed out that our contact number is incorrect on the receipt, they asked him not to worry as citing the order number will suffice. Now when I follow up with them, they quote another address against the order. They apparently find no results for my phone number. And when I ask them to send some one to see the original receipt and sort it out, they hang up.
I have tried all possible means to reach them relentlessly.
I would strongly recommend not using their services as they are a fraud company !!
