Am cheated by HDFC bank. Review on HDFC Bank

I applied for home loan with HDFC bank. HDFC bank people did series of mistakes. As a result I lost more than a lakh rupees. I took this case to Soney Jose, head of HDFC bank for south India and then to Arvind Kapil who is the vice president of HDFC bank for home loans.

They all accepted the mistake from the bank but they are not willing to compensate for the mistakes happened in HDFC bank. When I told them that I will bring this issue to the notice of public through TV channels, emails, media, they asked me not to penalise the bank.

I fought this for THREE years and finally gave it up as I did not have enough time to fight with in-efficient people/bank whodoes not have any ethics in business. Their only intension is to make money by cheating innocent customers.

I  sincerely request  innocent customers to NOT to goto HDFC bank for any loans under any circumstances.

I

went through lot of inconvenience during those 3 years when I was fighting for justice. I was not able to digest the fact that they cheated me and then washed of their hands. Just imagine vice president

of HDFC bank accepting the mistake and not doing anything to compensate the customer. He clearly knew that I have lost more than a lakh rupees.

PLEASE  NEVER GOTO HDFC BANK FOR LOANS  AS THEY  ARE VERY GOOD IN CHEATING. Even my friends shared the same thoughts with me.
