I have recently opened salary account in HDFC Bank. First I have go one of its branch they have told me that we can not open salary account with company letter. Then I have gone to another branch. I have filled form to open salary account . They told me that their representative will give kit today evening. But I have not got it for one week so again I contacted branch. Nothing was happened. They told me that kit is unvailable. At that time they give me account no and told me that Debit card will receive on given address. But I not received. Again contacted branch. At that time again asked me to fill the form. Whole process took 1 month period which should completed within 1 day. Mobile banking and net banking service is ok .No of ATM is ok.
