Hi,
My name is vijay.
Recently I took an savings account from hdfc.
Hdfc offered me a credit card, I agreed as they offered good benifts.
They use to call me every day irrespective of times for the docuement verification.
Its been no response from hdfc till now.The worst part is when I try to call custmer service its take atleast half hour. Once they answer the call no response from the afent for almost 6 minutes. I dont know what quality department doings.
I recommend not use hdfc.
There are several banks who can provide best benifts and customer service
