Actually I want a new connection of internet so I consult with Hathway Broadband worst experience as I shifted to new place and needed new internet connection show their ad nearby my room a biggest mistake which I regret now I made a call to customer care got good response he agreed to come at my available time to discuss the plan and charges. When he visited he suggested many plans among them I liked unlimited 10 MBPS plan it was 3200 rupees for 3 month including router modem and installation device.
Letter the payment was made some other guys came and did the bearing and again another day installation guy came and installed the router at the time of installation speed was nearly 10 MBPS this was the last that I remember them being helpful.
After few days internet speed started producing sometime I even could not browse I did complaint they said we will resolve the issue within 24 hour but they never did it always called same I called the guy who sold the plan and to payment he said his part is done and contact to customer care I am so angry .
So guys I feel it customer service support is very bad and never makes help you please I never prefer to this broadband.
