Haridwar is a holy place. The Alaknanda river termed as The Ganga from this Haridwar.The place is very holy. This Haridwar is known as Har ki paudi. The Aarti of the Ganga is famous at Haridwar. The ganga is very clean and cold. The flow of water is very speedy.There are several hotel, dharmasala, musafirkhana and lodge for stay. The Patanjali Yoga pith organised by Baba Ramdev and Shanti kunj by Gayatri Pariwar are situated here. The temple is Mansa Devi is situated at hill where people used to vist by Ropeway( Udan khatola) This place is very attractive.
I strongly recommend this place to visit.
