It was worst experience. I took Tirupati package from Bangalore from greenline. Before that I went Tirupati through other travels 2times. But I never faced so much problem like this time and for this the whole credits goes to Greenline. We reached at hotel 4.10am. The hotel was also very bad, low quality. After having refreshment and breakfast, they forcefully took us to Padmavati Temple first. Which they didn't inform us early. If you can reach Tirupati temple first(around 5 am), you can complete your darshan within 10-11am. Then you can visit Padmavati temple. The visit will be very peacefully also. But they didn't listen to us and was arguing very badly. After that they made us stand almost 4hrs queue for special darshan ticket. At 12 o clock we reached there and complete darshan at 3.30 pm. Total waste of time and money. The guide's behaviour also very rude. Not wanted to speak English or Hindi which is very difficult for people who does not know Tamil. It was so bad experience that almost every co passenger swear that they will never ever avail bus service from Greenline. If there is any option to give minus rating I would have given rating in minus.
