My opinion is gold winner is good refined oil.since my family use this five years.it almost my family member.the tasty of food is nice when we use this.it boosting your energy and skin health.it is hydrogenated oil.gold winner oil is better than other refined oils.sometimes you people not adjusted with this oil means you just change it.but according to me it is good food oil.
