Very bad experience.i had booked bus from delhi to lko through goibibo but due to some reason i had to cancel the bus nd they did not refund me not a single penny .i called them but they refuse to refund my money .. my money was 1500 rs .. it was very dissappointing they are thevies .i suggest everybody not to book any ticket through goibibo
