Poor and Pathetic service. Review on GetMeCab

I booked a cab from Getmecab Bangalore to Mysore round trip for 1 day at reasonable price. They assigned me 1 cab - indica. Driver was not ready to drive above 40Kmph on highway, reason being - its a new car and he cannot drive it above 40. He was driving on the high speed lane at a speed of 40. I called Getmecab customer care and asked them to resolve the issue.

They contacted me back and asked me to continue the trip and said that issue is resolved and driver will drive normally now. Again the same story-40kmph on High speed lane, narrow escapes from accidents -risking lives. I even called the cab operator but he also said the same thing that driver cannot drive above 40. As I was already outside the Bangalore city on Highway and I had no other option but to continue the trip. I called Getmecab again after reaching Mysore, but instead of resolving the issue they tried to prove me wrong and took driver's side.

During lunch I got a call from driver that he does not have money for lunch and I should come out of office and give him money. At the end of trip while calculating the amount, I told driver that I have paid some advance to getmecab which should be deducted. He was not ready to agree on this and wanted full money. Again I had to call operator and make him understand that I have paid advance online to getmecab after which issue got resolved. Overall getmecab provides the poorest kind of service. They don't care about the customers once booking is done and they get the advance.
