This is a dabba company that doesn't have any customer service. Pipe that sends water up has got disconnected or something due to which water flow wasn't happening. My cooler was under warranty.
I called around 30+ times. These buggers say that they will be coming. They never come. They are not professional either. They talk in HINDI as if ROWDIES.
SYMPHONY's service is Pathetic. If you are going for symphony coolers check with others 100 times.
