This is the worst service I have seen ever.


I am waiting for my parcel/Bike to be picked up from 2 PM and it is 8:30 PM. I am still waiting for the same. What a harassment from Gati side. The customer care called me and gave a no (The person is supposed to come for pick up) When I called the person he gave me another number and I have taken a half day leave from office and waiting for the same.


Now the person is not picking the call. I had never expected the same from Gati. Only Gati takes a handsome money for moving the parcel without service.The Gati pick up req no - 11789948.


However, I gave a complain-CS51686.
