Future choice group is looks like a kind of fraud. At the time of selling memberships their sales team making lots of commitments and claiming why FHC is better than Club Mahindra/ country club packages etc. While after buying their membership FCH booking team nullify most of them which turned their membership as a worthless deal. And I am regrating on buying it now.
1.They had confirmed me in mail that whenever taking any room under exchange no need to pay AMC amount during that year as for exchange we are already paying additional amount to FCH. But now denied it, their own written confirmation.
2.They had committed to provide accommodation everywhere in the world(except Pakistan) but during booking hotel in Italy they said they dont provide accommodation there and later after lots of struggling somehow agreed to book.
3.Then increased exchange rate per night from 4999 to 7999 and I had to struggle again to get it on the original promised price. In around 7999 we can book hotel at our own what the use of FCH membership.
- When buying a holiday package they introduce you with their other tours partners. And will hardly get any price benefits in comparison of similar package from other tours operations. And later will deduct the hotels nights from your FCH membership while same is already getting paid as part of your package. So they are imposing hotels cost twice and saying this is their process. And this is revealed later after completion to trip without any prior update or communication.
5.Everyday changing their terms and conditions and shocking you, unpredictive, unreliable folks.
6.Its a mental stress when you paid a huge amount in advance and not getting services as agreed, which leads to uncomfortable situation and distressed.
7.For me they have gone extra mile and showed below booking my name without my knowledge and where I never requested or stayed. Manipulating records and data as per their own will.
