I have recharged one of the BSNL number through Freecharge.in. The money was deducted and recharge was not successful.
However, the interesting part is that, when I mailed them informing about this, They replied to me that as per their record recharge was not successful and asked me to provide bank statement. I immediately provided all the required information. However, after some days, after repetitive followup they told me that recharge is successful and they will not refund me money. They are asking me to check with the service provider.
One thing I am not able to understand is that, when I provided you with the money, then its your responsibility to make sure the transaction is fulfilled.In a way I am very disappointed with the useless service of freechagre.in.
For sure we have stopped using the freecharge.in and started using directly company sites.
