I booked a cake for friend's birthday from them(FNG store based in Delhi) 2 days prior to delivery date(order no 1516 dated 21/05/2013, delivery date 23/05/2013). They claim to deliver same day but the product was delivered 1 day after delivery date(on 24/05/2013). I tried to contact them repeatedly on their customer care number(9999890555) but nobody picked. at last when a lady picked, she did not had any information and asked me to call after some time and even after wasting a lot of time on trying to contact them, my cake was not delivered on that day and was delivered on next day evening.
After lot of unanswered calls to ask for the delay, I was bluntly told by that lady to mail on their sales mail Id and she said she do not have any kind of information regarding my complaint and she was not even bothered to listen me. I even did mail them at least 3 times but I did not got a single mail( forget about sorry or call back from their team).
Then I posted my complaint on their Facebook page(https://facebook.com/fngstore) two times and thought now they may reply but I was completely wrong again as I found that on the both occasions, they simply deleted my post without taking any kind of step.
I am really sorry to say that the FNG store team is very unprofessional, unresponsive and arrogant. They do not have any sense of responsibility and commitment which they claim on their website.
I would like to warn my fellows to beware of this website as they may also suffer the mental torture and agony which I faced due to their inefficient service and their unresponsive behavior.
I would not recommend that anybody should book anything from them.
I would also like to know what actions I can take against them and what is the procedure to take those action.
