Floraindia is fraud. Review on Flora India

FloraIndia offers very poor services & I would urge everyone to ban usage.

I ordered sweets for my father(Order No. IL5032) from their website & they delivered very cheap quality pink colored mithai made in shady neighbourhoods. They did not reply to my emails for weeks, when I finally called them they said the photograph on the website & the actual product are not a cause of concern since they only supply what is available in the market.

My next order was a box of dry fruits costing over 2000 Rs.(Order No. IM8559) and yet again they delivered very inferior quality of dry fruits. When I called them to discuss it, the representative was very rude & unapologetic. He said their primary business was to sell flowers & not dry fruits, so they should not be blamed if the dry fruits did not meet our "expectations"! Audacity at its best!

To make matters worst, on Mothers Day I ordered the gladioli flowers bouqet with vase(Order No. IM1450) and they delivered cheap looking red roses which cost only 6$ on the website. I have been emailing them for a refund & I have not got a response for the past 3 days now.

I looked up FloraIndia on various consumer forums online & there are over thousands of complaints against them. This is definitely a fraud company & any kind of association will lead in disappointment.
