Hello friends, today I am going to share my experience about indian online shopping website Flipkart.com.
I used to purchase my maximum products by online websites. In earlier time I used to purchase by amazon.in, snapdeal, then one of my friend suggested about flipkart.
I made my id and started to purchase products. First I ordered a jacket of blaze colour worth rs 3899/- rs. It was looking very slim fit and given that it would be 73% fit. But when product came then I shocked. I ordered for 32 no. But they sent me xl size. Colour was also not like original what they showed on site. Their delivary time is also more than amazon and snapdeal. I cancelled my order and apply for refund. Though it was card payment they refunded my money wihin 3 working days after cutting service charges and atm charges.
Their customer support service no is also not worthy. They are picking calls after 3 4 efforts.
If you don't want to cheat yourself then never ever try to purchase it via flipkart.
Products of same qualities are little bit costly than other shopping sites.
I will request to flipkart to make their system more frequent and lucid for customers.
