Recently I purchased a silk cotton saree for my mom. I ordered only after reading the reviews. I was just shocked and felt really bad when the product got delivered. It was damaged. The seal was broken and saree was also damaged.
The delivery person initially refused to take back then finally he did. Then I raised the complaint but the response from flipkart was not satisfying. Flipkart should improve the customer service which very much essential and needed.
