Its about CP, New Delhi outlet. The first impression is of course, very nice as the sections are impressively done. cardio, group activities, cycling, training, steam sauna etc. and this is what you get to see when u join. despite finding the cost prohibitive, u join (its 4K + a month). once you're in, you realize the staff hardly bothers about you. The game here is getting personal training session for which they charge 500-1500 each session. one training session I was supposed to get free which is named Fitness Orientation. despite having booked for 3 consecutive days, the trainer did not turn up. and there was none to tell where to start. After much hue and cry on 3rd day, I could get and FO on 4th day but then the trainer kept on calling me at my cell to book personal session which costs additionally. And there is no one to listen. I tried to call manager on phone but I was told he is busy. even cost of a lost membership card is rs 386/- Its been almost a month but I am yet to get my kit including guest coupons, bag, sipper bottle, earphone and t shirt as promised at the time of joining because the same are out of stock.
My sincere advice will be not to join as I have been to a gym earlier which was smaller and charged 1/4th but the staff was much good and I got results too. This gym is only for rich and to show off.
