I had ordered my personal photos through snapfish - online printing service.
These photos they delivered through First Flight courier service. I had
provided my house address for shipping along with my mobile and land line
numbers.
First thing was that I was not able to track this shipment using online
tracking facility provided by FirstFlight website.
Hence I called up the Bangalore customer care only to figure out that they
have already delivered the courier to someone named Arun(?). This was a
shocking news for me as mine is a independent house and my family member
never received any courier.
This can be my worst nightmare as all my person photo print has landed with
someone else.
I don't recommend their service to anyone!
