Absolutely disgusting service from Ferns n Petals! I ordered gifts for my brother for Rakhi to be delivered in Bangalore. One they failed to deliver and on top of that they quietly sent me a confirmation of delivery. Its only after I spoke to my brother I realized this!
This is plain cheating and they care nothing for customer service! Believe me such service doesn't go unnoticed too long!They do not also want to refund the amount now as this fraud appears to be their business model
