Ordered flowers way in advance for my mother to make her day special. The flowers were delivered at 10pm on that chosen day. I called the customer service for an explanation and I was told that they "do not commit to delivering orders on time" and the order can be delivered anytime before 9pm.
I mentioned again that the flowers were delivered at 10pm and the delivery caused my old mother to wake up from her sleep, the customer service person continued the same argument that they "do not commit to delivering orders on time" . I asked for the manager, after a long wait & no apologies, the manager continued to explain to me why they cannot commit to delivering on time. I even wrote an email to their team and I was told to not consider this incident as a representation of their service.
Nothing was done to make up for the poor response from the staff, the rude manager, the late delivery of my order or my several attempts to obtain a refund. I would recommend you to stay away from Ferns & Petals which is " not committed" to their customers and place an order elsewhere. There are many other websites offering better services at a cheaper site.
