Fedex is one of the worst courier company. It is one of the slowest courier service. They work like a turtle. I have used many courier services but I must say fedex is the slowest of all. Fedex did not delivered my package within the committed delivery period. Instead of delivering my package with highest priority(as the committed delivery time was expired), they kept my package at their hub. After contacting Fedex several times, they delivered my package. The package was delivered after a week after receiving my package at their local courier hub.
