Worst Service in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Review on Fedex Courier

Fedex Courier is not having any proper handling capacities for the Domestic Services in the India, Recently I have purchased one article which was shipped through Fedex Courier from the Anna Nagar Area within the Chennai city to my address in the Southern part of Chennai, Chromepet Area. But the transit days are three working days to get my shipment, They never attempted to deliver my shipment but they sent the wrong message updates of my house was locked during the attempt of the Delivery. My house was not locked in the day time during the transit time, No one contacted my mobile number also to check my availability or some person to receive the shipment. The Fedex office located in the Perungudi area OMR very worst handling of the shipments. Fedex is not suitable courier to book the articles for the domestic transit .
