I have brought few express shipping items on 31st of October (Order# 2565460) and the item has not been dispatched till date. I have called the customer service and complained about the same answer I get from them is it will take 72 hrs for getting my query answered what the hell of customer support is this just for answering if it takes 72 hrs and when the item will be shipped god knows.

This is my second negative review in a week's time this web site is going through the drain. Hopeless never shop from Fashion and you worst customer support.
