Purchased a Mont Blanc pen from this portal. I was ensured it will be original (well that is what all websites says).
Pen came in, I saw the item and I know its a fake one. Asked the customer care person, she said items are genuine and we can exchange your items if you want.
Just to let you new guys know, we online shoppers don't want any exchanges, all we want is a quality deal and genuine items. Every other portal these days is nothing but random some crack-head sitting just to fool around with all the faith we put in them.
Highly disappointed.
