Fake Items . Review on Ebay

Me and my friend ordered two sets of Sony Ericsson Bass Reflex Handsfree Earphones @ Rs.1449 each. Got the items delivered on the fifth day after ordering. The packaging of the product was attractive and elegant. But when we opened we found the earphones to be inferior and looked so ordinary. Then we tested it by connecting it to our mobile. It totally shocked us as the sound quality was low, disturbed and poor. We realised that the items were fake and enquired about it with the ebay customtakeouter care. They asked to return the product and we did the same. Then we informed the seller about the matter but they didnt provide any solutions. We lodged a complaint  However after two months of continuous followup with ebay customtakeouter care, they failed to give any solutions and we didnt even get the refund for the same.

So friends lets be alert from ebay who are adding sellers of fake items only to add to their revenue. They don't care a bit for their customers and customer care is a drama to add to the customer problems.
