EaseMyTrip_Care is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Easemytrip calims to be the lowest fare travel site. They do have fares lower by few hundred rupees. The trick is that after you book tickets, they call you and tell that, Airlines have increased the fare by Rs.1000 or so and you need to pay the difference or else they will reject the booking. Eventually to keep the booking you will end up paying the difference amount as they want.
This is my personal experience.
I suggest you not to trust this site. Even if you cancel the ticket booked from this site, you end up loosing more money and there is nobody who can help you on this. Their call center people do not know any thing except for asking more money. They can not explain you any thing.
Now onward, I will not book anything from this site. There is no Ease in Easemytrip.com.
