Dear friends
I wish to share with you a bitter experience which one of my family members are facing with this department. My sister-in-law is a BEd in english and history, having about ten years experience in the same line,she has been teaching continuesly for the last oneandhalf years and yet has not recieved any salary, the school being an aided school claims that the new ministry rule is that the newly joined teachers will get lesser salaries and that all the teachers will get their dues by diwali, as you see, diwali has well gone by but no sign of the salary coming in. its like almost being jobless, having a job with no income. is this the way the ministry goes about its affairs? for no fault of the teachers their salaries have been pulled back. this is no justice. Living in a free country like ours is of no use, if there is no equal justice and if it takes so long to implement such things we rather not have such kind of ministers who look as if they have put in all the teachers salaries in their pockets and sitting on their Khursi with fevicol stuck on it. Shame on this kind of a Ministry!! No use for you to be nominated as one. Such ministries are a discouragment to the nation.
