I was tempted by the ad of net speed and competitive price of net provider in East Delhi. Once they install the router and got your money their job is done. They had put some of biggest morons as their customer care executive who knows only a single line that your concern is put on high priority and will be solved in 24 hour which will never gonna happen.

After I provided my address details they assured me that shifting will be done at max within 5 days. And today after 13 days those morons keep on repeating their idiotic records. They have no information regarding the cause of delay. This is a very unprofessional company .y advice is to avoid it .
