Delhi metro is the life line of delhi. Many of the people travel through metro on daily basis as I am but now a days service by delhi metro is not so upto date I travel through kausambi to laxmi nagar and I daily see that atleast one token and scanner machine not working which we use while entry and exit. Due to this rush become so high and there is no any support too for handling this caos. And I dont think employees of metro care about it too. Currently metro have increased the charges. And also planing to increase more in october I dont have any issue with the hike in price but if service become wiered like this then I have problem
