I have purchased LG TV 55" from croma on 7th (Thursday) and even now on 9th I do not get the time when it will be delivered. If you call up croma number, they just hung up the phone without even checking who is calling. I got number from Amit Singh and Mukesh who I had been taking when booking the TV and once I could speak to them after few attempt and they said they will call after 5 min, no response for 2 hrs. Now their phone they are not picking up. I have LG installation at my door and these guys don't care.
My major concern is I have taken croma extended warranty and if the delivery time when you have paid more then 1.2 lakh they are so unresponsive and unprofessional I am concerned after 1 year they will not even bother to listen to you.
