There is no way you can reach anybody in Connect India if you have a problem with their service. Even if you do reach someone (by calling back on the number they called you from ) he will be crude and rude. Sadly such companies exist to hassle the unsuspecting public.
My mistake was not to read the reviews on Mouthshut before buying a Idea 3G Netsetter dongle. I have no idea when Idea will activate my account. When I called up Idea they have asked me to return the Dongle to ConnectIndia., when I got through to Connect India Pune Office - they virtually refused to respond to any of my queries. NEVER AGAIN CONNECTINDIA.
