Advice to Management
Please give some importance to the employees as they are die-trying to get the job done for you guys. So please try to increase a little bit high salary for them to feel more secure
I had invested in couple of MF schemes, served by CAMS and I would say they are the worst RTA in the business. So don't hope for any service from them, as long as you are invested in the schemes for whom they are the RTA. When you send a complaint or query they will take years to respond to t.
Computer Age Management Services are transfer cum service agent for many mutual funds in India. Unfortunately their services are absolutely pathetic . plus they aren't even aware of processes involving change of bank accounts, or change of addresses. Obviously Mutual Fund companies pay.
