I would not recommend this toothpaste as it tastes gross and it makes my mouth feel chalky. I like to brush my teeth and feel refreshed and feel refreshed after but I don't with this toothpaste. The toothpaste is very cheap and affordable, however I would not recommend it if you like silky refreshing after brushing.
