This is written with the info I have of visiting this theatre over 10 times and facing problems.
The theatre is well made and in a very strategic location ... hence it attracts a lot of crowd (and hence pain for the pple travelling to camp in the show start timings). The kind of shops inside the theatre are totally vaguely positioned.
A clothes showroom at Inox where even the parsking is expensive doesnt make sense to me .(Mebbe it does to lot of other people)
Every snack and in fact starting from parking to coffee ... everything is over-priced heavility. Now I wont count the tickets at Rs. 125 (3.5 years back) as expensive as thats a standard across decent cineplexes.
I had seen two movies on the first day of INOX in pune (I like movies .. he he he). My bike's petrol tank which was blissfully filled just before being parked in the rs. 20 bike parking was now almost empty with the pipe leading to petrol tank happily hanging outside. Now thats what I call ''security against a vehicle for 3 hours at an exhorbitant price). Accidently my show got over at 2 a.m. and hence no help for me too. That was an experience no-one should have.
The essense is that the theatre has heavily invested in its infrastructute but what it has forgotten is the allied services and benefits for its customers.
Overall : Painfully expensive and poor service. BAD parking facility' security !!
