Very annoying experience by Citibank Bengaluru. Their wealth management team was only active till you invest and then you are left with absolutely no assistance, rather the indifference to the extent that I lost the opportunity to make good money regardless if having invested in Tata AIA Ulip, during Covid. I didn't have knowledge of switching funds from Debt to Large or any Equity and the wealth management team didn't bother to track and take responsibility once they received the commission on my investment.
