I am very upset with this bank. It was my mistake that I applied credit card for this bank. I simply asked CCE to extend my tenure for EMI's however, he straight away denied. But at the time when I got a call for EMI conversion, he told me that I can change the tenure anytime.
So they provided misleading information. I also tried to complaint on their grievance at (india.grievance.redressal.officer@citi.com) however, never received any reply. There is no match in statements of their CCE when we call and when we mail. I always get completely different answers. Firstly they said we cannot extend the tenure but can change the billing cycle. Now they said in last mail that they cannot change my billing cycle but they can change the tenure. But who will tell me how much would be the EMI and t&c??? Very irresponsible bank.
