If you are preparing for engineering or medical then you can go with Aakash iTutor or Live. Basically these are digital programmes in which students are not required to travel as one can study at home through online lectures and tablet. Internet has made everything easy. If you are living in Pune, Bangalore or anywhere in India, still you can get knowledge through internet. My experience with Aakash iTutor was good as it saved my money and time. Thought of giving a small tip:)
