We are using ccavenue for last 7 years in our website https://webmallindia.com
From last one year we have been facing lots of transaction failure, they have lots of merchant a/c and their outdated server can’t handle the traffic, lots of time you will get time out issues, many times customer a/c debited but transaction don’t show up in merchant panel. Phone support is pathetic don’t expect any email reply before 48 hours.
After repeated request to them to upgrade their system, they did not listen, they have been telling for last 3 years that new version will launch next year, but this "next year" never comes. Every year they will charge you hefty amount in name of system up gradation, I got fedup with complaining with them, finally I am writing this feedback here. Hope they will listen. New customer do clarify with them before signing up, and ask for test a/c to test the service, before paying onetime non-refundable charges
We already have signup with a new payment gateway, As ccavenue has more payment options for customer, I want to keep ccavenue a/c also active.
PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM TO RETAIN EXISTING CUSTOMER.
