Worked perfectly for 3 years and stopped later. Review on Canon PowershotA2200

Canon one of the worlds best brand. Before buying canon camera, I did a research on mid-range digital cameras. Because as we know Nikon is the top brand in producing digital cameras. Buying canon is good or not? picture quality? warranty? Durability? etc. are the doubts I had in my mind. After comparing Nikon cameras with canon cameras, One thing I had observed is the pictures taken with Nikon camera has artificial lighting and canon has natural lighting. To be specific Nikon pictures had orange or yellow color lighting and canon has natural lighting. That is the main reason why I took canon. Don't mistake me. I'm talking about mid-range digital cameras. Maybe expensive Nikon cameras were good.

Coming to the performance of the camera. I'm really impressed with its clarity, picture quality, battery life. I got one complete day usage with its battery. The package comes with 4gb sd as a free gift. To take photos 4gb card is sufficient but to shoot videos 4g is not at all enough. even for 1 min, it takes 200mb of storage. So we better carry a 32gb card with this. The design of the camera was too good. The camera comes with 14 mp camera with the 4x optical zoom which is pretty enough to take personal pictures.

I was very disappointed with its shutter speed. To take a perfect picture we should click the button and hold it for 2 to 3 secs. It was too bad while taking abrupt shots. The camera worked fine for 3 years without any fault. But later I dropped it from my hand once. From then the torture had begun. The pictures had come out with pink dots. And I stopped using it. After 2 or 3 months that battery had become bulge. As I forgot to take the battery out while not in use. We should take the battery out when the camera is not in use. Later I visited canon store to repair it. But the service center person suggested me not to repair it. As it is not under warranty, it costs too much to repair it. Better buy a new one.
