I am using canara bank account because my salary credits in canara bank. Services to be improved Compared to private bank.

  1. Very limited ATMs only availabe, most of the time money will be there in ATM, even we can't get printout of account statement

  2. Customer services really need more improvement. Staff should respect the customers, should answer gently, shoul not make customer to wait for long time; these are the problem has been faced while I visit bank

  3. E-banking: internet bank facilities quite improved compared to 3 month back. But I am totally disappointed with mobile app, they are having 2+ app but all are not working properly.
