A few days ago I take a new broadband connection and before taking a connection they asked me which plan do you want and I just replied 650 rupees and they say speed of 2 Mbps . I agree with them for the connection. but when the connection was started after 10 days .the speed of internet too much slow only 50-60 kbps . I was shocked but I can't do anything now .
I have no choice other because only access bsnl broadband connection in my area. but 4 days net was disconnected I don't know why? I don't like service of bsnl connection.first month many time internet connection was disconnect. when I complaint in 198 no. no back call come from the company. after that I go to exchange then tell them about my problem then my internet connection again start.
