I am a very old user of bsnl as I am using it from past many years and the thing I get to know about bsnl is they donot care for there customers at all as they donot provide you proper support and when your landline is dead then you are in a great trouble as it will not get fixed untill you go to the office of it as they donot respond on the ivrs complaints. and you need to run after them for rental rebates. The isp connection and speed is worst and get disconnected very often. You cannot relay on this connection as it can go down at any point of time. They donot provide proper support to its customers.
