We had bsnl net connection at home and I had bsnl simcard. Using bsnl simcard was ok for me when I used a small nokia mobile phone but when I bought a smartphone and used this simcard I couldn't access my net even if there was full range.
I contacted my customer service but got no results regarding this issue. They were blaming my mobile set for it.
All there recharge plans were at reasonable prices but I could not use it, that was my issue.
And at last I had to switch to another network.
So my bsnl experiance is the worst one and I have lost a lot of money by recharging for it.
