I was using bsnl connection from last 1 year but the services of bsnl was pathetic. The good thing about bsnl is only roaming is free in bsnl. But while in roaming when someone try to call me, a computer generated voice said that this number is busy but my number was not busy. Nobody able to call me in roaming and I call to customer support of bsnl many times first they tell me to dial * 22# and when I tell them that I already done that but problem is not resolved so they lodge a complaint every time when I call them and when I ask to them what happen to my previous complaint then they said that problem is resolved from other side and some time they put down their headphone, no one speak from other side. And also the 3g services in roaming is hell, you cant even open google.com.
