I bought an item from Bluestone, but for some reason it didn't look good on me so I had to return it. I don't understand so many negative reviews on this forum regarding bad return policy, because I had a fair and smooth experience even though I returned for a full refund(no exchange). Delivery and pickup were seamless, money was refunded 100% and immediately.

Nice designs with verity of gemstones
You can choose the quality of diamond and color of gold you want
You can even choose the length/size of your jewellery
cons:
Just like other online jewellery shopping sites, image can be bit misleading w.r.t the size of the item
